ASA is organizing a bookstore at our National Medical Cannabis Unity Conference, where we are expecting over 500 advocates.  We invite you to make your book or DVD available for purchase to conference attendees who will include patients, industry professionals, medical researchers, and congressional staff.  Bookstore sales will be handled by ASA Staff and volunteers at the Conference.

If you would like to attend the conference, we will gladly schedule you for a book/DVD signing and place it in the conference agenda.  Additionally, if you would like to purchase an ad to be placed in our conference program we are offering bookstore participants 50% off any size. Ads for participants are ¼ page for $125, ½ page for $250, full page for $500 and 2-page for $1,000.

Participation Guidelines & Instructions:

• 25% of book/DVD sales benefit ASA
• If wishing to schedule a book/DVD signing you must register by March 2, 2015
• Artwork for ads must be received no later than March 9, 2015
• Books or DVD’s must arrive at the Loews Madison Hotel by Thursday, March 27, 2015. Address for Loews is 1177 15th St NW, Washington D.C., 20005
• UPS return instructions and postage for unsold books must be included with the Books or DVDs.
