2:30 - 4:00pm Breakout Session - Medical Marijuana & Parenting: Risky Business

No parent should be afraid of Child Protective Services (CPS) for their medical marijuana use or that of their child, nor should they face investigation, service plans, or removal of their children from the home.  This panel, moderated by Family Law & Cannabis Alliance (FLCA), will discuss the experiences of several parents in states with and without progressive cannabis laws, the laws and policies behind them, what to do if you become involved with CPS, and how to protect parental rights, followed by a Q&A session.
